Mr. Phan Van Quy and his former superior - Lieutenant General Dong Sy Nguyen.

Lieutenant General Dong Sy Nguyen was born on 01/3/1923, that he has turned 92 this year. He was the former superior of Mr. Phan Van Quy. He also supported and encouraged Mr. Phan Van Quy to elect to the National Assembly XIII.
