Businessman –Deputy Phan Van Quy (Nghe An delegation) said that marine economy was a specific sector, therefore it should need a specific mechanism, of which it needs to give more resources to military shipbuilding enterprises.

On November 14th, 2014, the National Assembly discussed vote of confidence that would take place in the morning of November 15th, 2014. After much discussion, there were no changes in the way of the second vote of confidence but one additional officer; thereby total voters of confidence were 50.
