Pacific Corporation join hands to prevent Covid-19 epidemic

As soon as the Covid-19 epidemic broke out and developed complicatedly, Pacific Group quickly implemented measures to prevent the epidemic and widely disseminated to all employees to limit the spread of the disease.

Company continues to strengthen office sanitation, equip antibacterial hand sanitizer, medical masks ... to ensure disease prevention. At the same time, on the afternoon of July 29, 2020, Pacific Corporation issued Notice No. 220 / TB-PAC, requesting all employees, departments, and unit members to seriously take methods to prevent epidemics:
1. For employees
- Medical declaration on the portal of the Ministry of Health (tokhaiyte.vn) and Travel schedule information from July 13, 2020 in the form of the Company;
- Regularly update information on the portal of the Ministry of Health and media to avoid absolutely: contact with infected people (F0), suspected infection (F1, F2 ...), risk of infection ( F3, F4…), people who go to isolated localities, regions and places in July 2020;
- Actively quarantine and promptly notify to Company's Steering Committee for Covid-19 Disease Control when in contact with infected people, suspected infection, risk of infection, and/or people who go to isolated localities, regions and places in July 2020;
- Minimize travel, leave the locality, ...; avoid coming and gathering in crowded places;
- Avoid being confused, sharing and spreading fake or unorthodox information;
- Keep calm to stabilize life and work while increasing knowledge and applying maximum prevention measures to protect yourself and the community.
2. For Departments/Unit Members
- Limiting meetings, direct contact with customers, domestic and foreign partners, people from the epidemic area or to / through the translation area, people in agencies, units with direct or close contact to source of disease infection;
- Organize meetings in large meeting rooms; encourage meeting in short time and all meeting members should wear face masks;
- Strengthen work review, maintain communication, work with customers via online methods such as video conference, email, chat, ... to ensure progress and quality of work.
