Perfume Pagoda will have more cable cars network
Accordingly, the Hanoi People's Committee assigned Thai Binh Tourism One Member Limited Company to study and implement the construction of cable cars in Huong Binh in Huong Son commune, My Duc district, Ha Noi and Phu Lao commune, Lac Thuy district, Hoa Binh province.
Huong Binh cable car network is expected to have a length of 2.85 km, expected operating velocity is 6m/s, with 25-45 cabins. The new project is expected to transport 1500-2000 visitors an hour, equivalent of 12000-16000 arrivals per days.
This project is to be constructed in a modern, international and European standard, with 17 pillars and 2 boarding stations.
The project requires around 42,000 m2 ground area for the boarding stations and 400m2 for the pillars works in Hanoi. The project has a total investment of approximately 350 billion Vietnamese dong starting this year and to be completed in 2015.
According to the investor, the cable cars network in Huong Son Mountain will connect the transportation from Huong Tich scenic area of Hanoi and the Long Van historical site (Tien Pagoda) of Hoa Binh province.
