Represent and protect the legal rights, legitimacy of the officers, staff, employees; create jobs, improve the material and spiritual life of staffs, in collaboration with the of care for the settlement of policies, ensuring legal obligations and rights of employees; carry out the inspection and monitoring of the Company's operations and employees to ensure the observance to Labor Law, labor contracts, employment, salary, bonuses, social insurance, health insurance and other policies related to the rights and obligations of employees ...
