Trade Union of Pacific Corporation congratulated Vietnam Women’s Day 20/10

                          Representatives of the Company gave flowers to female employees

Currently , the proportion of female employees working in the Company accounts for 50 % of total employment , which of working women hold managerial positions as heads and deputy heads account for about 40 %. The Company's employees in general and women employees in particular have been signed labor contracts and issued insurance in accordance with the law.

At Pacific Corporation, the labor policy for women has always been followed consistenly . Every year, the Company has always organized periodic health examinations for workers. Particularly for female labor have been organized with gynecological examinations to detect gynecological pathology , cervical cancer... ; clinical examination as abdominal ultrasound , breast ultrasound to detect cancer breast. The regimes and policies for women workers during pregnancy....have been followed strictly by the Union

Along with 20/ 10, annually, Trade Union has also organized a variety of activities for all members and staff to celebrate the big day as International Women , International Labour International Children's Day ... This is the practical activity contributes to enhance the spiritual life for all members and staff of the Company.
