Nghe An Benevolent Foundation for the Gifted held a meeting in Ho Chi Minh City

Nghe An Benevolent Foundation for the Gifted was established under Decision No. 4676/QD - UBND dated 20th November 2012 of Nghe An province. The Foundation was established for the purpose of timely encouraging organizations, individuals at home and abroad who have contributed to the development of Nghe An province and Nghe An people who are currently studying, working and achieving excellence in all areas in order to contribute to the renewal of the country, international integration and home town development.At the meeting, many delegates expressed congratulation on the establishment of Nghe An Benevolent Foundation for the Gifted, noted that this is a social foundation with transparent objective, a reliable address to mobilize resources from the funding of organizations and individuals for sustainable development of Nghe An province.
