The building has a total investment of 3.060 billion VND and included the construction and teaching facilities which sponsored by two main sponsors as: Pacific Corporation and PetroVietnam Power NhonTrach 2 Joint Stock Company through campaign assistance Central Disaster Prevention Support Fund, the remaining funds is counterpart funds of local budgets.
