Attending the ceremony, there were Mr. Huynh Thanh Canh – Deputy Secretary of Provincial Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Binh Thuan Province and leaders of Binh Thuan Province, Ham Thuan Bac District, Ham Liem Commune and Ham Liem Commune Committee of liaison officers and guerrillas. There were also attending of Mr. Phan Le Hoang – Chairman of Vinh Tan General Port JSC., (an affiliate company of Pacific Group) and some employees of Pacific’s Office Representative in Binh Thuan.

Ham Liem Commune is a rich local of traditional studios and hero revolution, but the socio-economic conditions is still difficult. In order to support the commune in study promotion and exhibiting artifacts at the traditional house, Pacific Group has provided the commune with the total amount of VND300 million to help localities implement these works. 

Through the sponsorship, Pacific Group hopes that the Heroic Statue will be a practical contribution to preserve and promote the cultural heritage of the area. The computer lab of Ham Liem 2 Primary School (with 15 computers) will bring students more access to information technology and help to improve the quality of teaching and learning.
