Inner inauguration ceremony of the Clinic in South of Yen Thanh, Nghe An. Pacific Corporation was a co-sponsor of the project
With authorization of Pacific Group Corporation and the Oil and Gas Drilling and Services Corporation of Petro Vietnam Group, the Central Vietnam Calamity Relief Fund sponsored the construction of Medical Care Centre in Yen Thanh, Nghe An. The construction started on December 25th, 2010 with total cost of VND 2.670.416.000. The Central Vietnam Calamity Relief Fund donated VND2bn; Pacific Corporation and the Oil and Gas Drilling and Services Corporation donated 1bn each.

On August 12th, 2011 the Central Vietnam Calamity Relief Fund in co-ordination with the Peoples’ Committee of Yen Thanh, Nghe An organized the inauguration ceremony of the public natural disaster construction – the Medical Care Centre in South of Yen Thanh, Nghe An in a joyful atmosphere of collective of Doctors at Yen Thanh Hospital and all population of Cong Thanh Village. The public natural disaster construction – the Medical Care Centre in South of Yen Thanh, Nghe An will be a clinic for medical examination and treatment for local population of 9 villages in South of the sub-district and at the same time it will be used as a hiding shelter during the flood seasons.

On occasion of the ceremony, Mr. Phan Dien, Chairman of the Fund handed over one television set to serve patients who visits the Medical Care Centre. In his thanks speech, Mr. Nguyen Viet Hung, the Vice Chairman of Yen Thanh Peoples’ Committee expressed the appreciation to the Fund and the donors; he committed the long term efficient operation and maintenance of the Centre.

Mr. Phan Trung Ly, member of Executive Committee of the XIII National Assembly, Chairman of the Legal Committee and other members of the National Assembly delegation attended the Ceremony. In his speech, Mr. Phan Trung Ly remarked that the Central Vietnam Calamity Relief Fund did very meaningful and really efficient jobs when inviting donors for programs helping population in Central Vietnam.
