Phu Thanh commune is located on the northern of Yen Thanh district, and separated from district center about 6 km, natural area of 600 hectares and a population of 7850 inhabitants living in 15 villages, including one Catholic village. Until now, the commune has completed 15/19 new rural criteria. However, people still lives in difficult situations, in 2014 the average per capita income is 19.56 VND million, and there is 4.3% poor households.

Mr. Phan Van Quy replies and explains proposals and concerns of Phu Thanh voters
After listening to the voters’ proposals, Mr. Phan Van Quy, on behalf of the delegations of the National Assembly replied and explains some contents that voters reflects and the National Assembly discusses and notifies the voters. These issues reflected by voters concerning to macroeconomic management will be integrated to report to the National Assembly; the contents and issues of provincial jurisdiction will be acquired by the delegations and transfer to functional agencies to be handled and solved.
On the l occasion of contacting with voters, delegates of the National Assembly has donated 25 gift rations, each ration valued 1 VND million for the poverty and policy families in the district.
