Deputies of the National Assembly XIII session met voters in Yen Thanh, Nghe An.
At the contact point, voters listened to the reports on the rapid economic development of the country for 6 months and the results of the 5th session of the National Assembly XIII. The voters expressed confidence in the reform policy of the Party and State. At the same time a number of recommendations on issues such as the State should upgrade some roads in the locality especially 2 bridges over the river, continue to upgrade Khe Lo pump station, reconsider the rate of land auctions to deduct the appropriate basis to create resources for the implementation of the new rural construction. There were some opinions regarding the issues of food safety, fuel costs, bad debt situation, planning and issues related to land use.
In Minh Thanh commune, most voters also expressed many concerns issues such as the quality of medical care, health insurance, service attitude of health workers hence the Government should have policies to encourage doctors’ training to meet the needs of health care in rural areas; regime for the youth volunteers; solving inconsistent planning. Irrigation works, damaged electricity were not timely repaired causing difficulties for production. Progress to resolve the issue of certificates of land use rights for people is still slow, invasion issues were not completely settled for the people…
Deputies were receptive to questions, thoughts and wishes of the voters and promised to transfer to the National Assembly, ministries, departments and agencies to have the early processing and settlement.
