- Is a self-nomination delegate and elected parliamentarians 8th intake, for you: Does a self-nomination delegate have advantages and difficulties?
Parliamentarians Phan Van Quy: Being a self-nomination delegate should be very little pressure on me. During the election, I received the enthusiastic guidance of the leaders and the provincial authorities of Nghe An Province as well as receive the enthusiastic support of voters. However, this is my first self-nomination, I myself have not experienced, so I have to research, plan programs by thinking of myself.
- Awarded Heroes armed forces when you were still young (22 years old). Then you have become successful businessmen and now you are the parliamentarians, can you share feelings as well as the roles and responsibilities in each position you have been undertaken.
Parliamentarians Phan Van Quy: although at any position, for me the experience lessons are the most valuable, most practical are always to train myself, to endeavor to learn, have a strong willing, confident and always for the common purposes which included my own.
- Is a delegate in the business field. How will you take your time for the role of parliamentarians.
Parliamentarians Phan Van Quy: As a part-time parliamentarians, my fund of time is limited, so i have to try my best. For business, I've got colleagues to share. for the work of the parliamentarians, I will have separate support apparatus.
- It was said that: parliamentarians who are businessmen will be difficult independently between private interests of businesses with the development of the community? So in your opinion is this happen? if happens, how will you solve this problem.
Parliamentarians Phan Van Quy: For me it is difficult to happen. I think I have become parliamentarians not to do something for myself. There is only one important benefit is that I have the opportunity to speak the voice of the voters and businesses in a greater forum.
- The close relationships between parliamentarians and voters are blood relations. How will You perform of this relationship with your voters, its special that are Nghe An voters.
Parliamentarians Phan Van Quy: Parliamentarians are due to elected voters, I think I should always close, listening to the voters’ opinions, promptly to the authority offices to solve the problems. Nghe An is the land of the revolutionary tradition, mainly agricultural economy, people's lives still have many difficulties. I will try to contribute my small part to the economic social development of local-through activities such as: support the promotion of employment, study encouragement, Gratitude Activity, poverty reduction...
- The new term has begun. Will you expect and contribute anything to the parliament? Especially the first term is representative assumes the role of Parliamentarians.
Parliamentarians Phan Van Quy: For me this is a new field, I should have to research, listen and learn more. My motto is before any problems I have to think thoroughly on an overall, then considered for selection problems, could be a number of areas such as: economic, security, national defense.
