Recently, the National Assembly has discussed the Draft of Labor Law (the Revision), I would like to convey to you some subjects that the Voters have much concern about.

Over past years, our salary system has not timely responded to the fluctuation of the inflation, i.e. the inflation is always higher than the increase of salary, creating difficulties to employees. So in order to stabilize the social welfares, should the inflation allowance be re-considered?
